What Do Customers Think?

We have a 100% positive rating on Ebay and Amazon. I doubt there is another company, that sells alot of items that can say that !!!

Any company can put up a few reviews on their site by people who liked their service. What does that mean? The could have 100's of unhappy customers.....

Dave Yun I have also from ordered from them multiple times and they're one of the best online retailer! Rob Liebowitz runs the business and their customer service is great!

I ordered the HT Starboost from them but there was a huge scratch on the faceplate, they were more than happy to exchange it for me and I should be getting the replacement tomorrow.

Lastly, they double-box everything so your package will arrive in mint condition.

Vince De Angelis I looked at them earlier for the Sideshow Tauntaun, unfortunately the shipping put the price up to UK levels. Base price for the figure was excellent though

Seth Stoneberger Lol. Here we go again. This confuses me to no end. They are a legitimate online retailer. Since when do people think a company would be anymore than just that.
I also see its usually UK people asking this question. I guess Mothers Basement really did a # on you people.

Vince De Angelis For me it was more the fact that the base prices are so much lower than UK prices, plus the fact that I could find no company info on the website (no info, or badly worded info is big no-no for me when making online purchases).

Tash Wall Seth Stoneberger there is not much competition of who to buy from in the UK and i wanted these 2 statues i ordered from them i had never heard of them till i was searching on line to who was selling these statues they came up prices look good even if i don't save anything in the end it will be worth it as they was very helpful and nice something else the UK is lacking IMO....
